What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 1,000pcs, but we accept lower quantities for trial orders. We will calculate the cost based on your specific requirements.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide existing samples for free. Custom designs may require a small sample charge, which is refundable upon reaching a certain order quantity. Delivery takes about 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples take 2-5 days. For custom designs, it takes 5-7 days depending on the complexity of the printing screens or molds.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. Our large production capacity ensures fast delivery even for large quantities.
What format of the file do you need for custom designs?
Usually, an AI file is required. For creating a new mold, a 3D file is necessary to ensure accuracy.
