Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders if we have ready stock available.
Q2: Can I get samples?
A: Sure, we can provide 2-3 free samples per item if they are currently available in our stock.
Q3: How long is the production lead time?
A: Normally, the delivery time is about 30-45 days. If stock is available, we can ship within 3 days after order confirmation.
Q4: Is it possible to have my own custom design?
A: Yes, we have a strong design team that can create products based on your requirements, including opening new molds for samples.
Q5: How many colors are available for customization?
A: We match colors using the Pantone Matching System. You can provide the Pantone color code, and we will match it accordingly.
Q6: What are your standard payment terms?
A: Our normal terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy). We also accept L/C at sight or D/P under specific conditions.
