Factory existing samples take 2-3 days. Customized samples with your logo or color take 5-7 days.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
For quantities under 50,000pcs, it is 15-35 days. For larger orders, the timeline is negotiable.
Which ports do you ship from?
Our regular FOB ports are Guangzhou or Shanghai. We can also ship from any other port in China as per your request.
What are the accepted payment terms?
For TT, we require a 30% deposit with the balance against shipping documents. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
