2. What is your MOQ?
For customized orders (OEM/ODM), the MOQ is usually 100 pieces. For non-customized stock products, the MOQ is 1 piece.
3. Do you accept OEM/ODM?
Yes, we support full customization including design, shape, size, and packaging according to your requirements.
4. Can I get samples?
Yes. Existing samples are free. We usually ship via FEDEX, UPS, DHL, or TNT, taking about 2-4 days.
5. How long is the product lead time?
Stock products can be shipped within 7 days. Customized orders typically take 45-60 days.
6. What are your payment terms?
Our normal term is 30% deposit via TT, with the remaining 70% against the copy of B/L. LC at sight and Trade Assurance are also acceptable.
